Emma Boulton
I often recommend Steve’s book to people who want to get started with user research so I was thrilled to notice his new podcast series. It’s such a refreshing change to hear research talked about on a podcast and is something I’ve been looking for for a while now. As a client-side researcher, the focus on not just the tools and techniques but also the way research teams are structured and work within an organisation is enormously helpful for me. Kept up Steve!
