Hi guys, so today I’m going to be showing you how to calm down after drinking too much coffee, or acting too wild before bed, or even just to relax your mind.So, what are you do is sit crisscross applesauce on the floor, put your hands on your knees, close your eyes, and think about a paper with things written on it like jumping off the walls. Then, take your hands and pretend you’re crumbling up that paper. Then throw it into your mind’s garbage can. Lastly, think about calm ocean waves. Take a deep breath in. OK, that’s it! You’re done!
