This week we begin our two week look at Powell & Pressburger, otherwise known as "The Archers." First, we are looking into a film kicked off the Sight & Sound top 100, "The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp."  We begin by looking at the wartime production of  the film, and the various bumps along the way to getting the film made. We also establish Powell & Pressburger's working relationship and the efforts to restore their works.
