Disappointing
Extremely disappointed to hear a doctor offering nutrition advice to the general population on what works for them personally. Rather than advise people on what you eat, I’d be interested to hear how you figured out what you needed rather than what you actually eat. We’re all different and will need different volumes of food/energy. I’d love to see the scientific evidence that women’s metabolisms are slower....when a doctor says it we believe it but I’ve read studies that completely refute this statement. Guests should be better researched and more careful about the information they share.

I have listened to two of Dr Doireann’s podcasts (Dr Mary Ryan and Allison).. both were so insightful, interesting, and quite frankly eye opening. Definitely a must-listen for any individual.
