Not balanced enough.
Great interview skills, but unfortunately as much as he claims to be open minded, he allows the guest to determine the narrative even if the claims are incorrect. Allowing guests to disparage products while marketing their own based on partial and incorrect information made me lose trust, and question motives. When you claim to fact check, it is a good practice to actually do it, and provide that information.

I love Dr. Ruscio's podcast! He has a very knowledgable but approachable style for helping you improve your nutrition & health. His approach isn't "1 size fits all" but focuses on getting to the root of your issues. Love the variety of guests on a range of health topics.Read full review »
