I hope not :( I have affirmed myself every morning, telling myself I'm beautiful and enough. And it works!!! for a week or two or UNTIL I log back into instagram or youtube. This episode started off a bit slow, so patience is defo a requirement. I hope you will join me on this journey to try take my man Paul's advice on how to live a more content life.
