“I’m currently listening to Episode 45 and I realize I’ve been doing exercise all wrong! As a petite plus-sized woman, I have been on a weight loss journey my entire life. The exercise routine I had when I was at my smallest required running 3 times per week, 2 weight lifting classes and 1 spin class per week. Once I stopped, I gained weight back.
I love to walk and lift weights. I always felt that walking wasn’t “good” enough, but now I’m encouraged to go back to it! It’s sustainable for me. I’m not going to feel bad about my walks now! Thank you!!!”
