THRILLED
I have had increasing anxiety lately, hadn’t really addressed it before although I suspect it had been creeping in for some time. I believe one source is the inundation of information about the plight of _________ (fill in the blank). My garage is filled with plastic I need to take for proper recycle, I worry the coffee pods I am addicted to aren’t recycled the way I am led to believe. I compost what the bears don’t get, but no matter what I do I can not shake an unease that my efforts are nothing in the face of such a daunting and important problem. I will listen as often as possible to feel less alone in my worry, and for direction in how I can make more of a positive impact - which the amazing hosts are doing and it couldn’t have come along at a better time for this worried mom, wife, sister and daughter of our beautiful Mother Eaarth!
