Best Podcast for a Healthy Lifestyle
Kim, I love your podcast. I started listening about episode #70 and am now starting back at the very beginning to catch up. I love your all natural approach and your lifestyle changes philosophy. I have done my share of fad diets in the past only to gain the weight back. Two years ago I changed my lifestyle and started exercising very regularly (Peloton) and lost about 40 pounds and have been able to maintain it with my lifestyle changes. I tell everyone I know to listen to your podcast and try to discourage ‘fad diets’ as much as I can. Please keep doing what you are doing to educate people so they can stop dieting and live a healthy life.
