Shila Barak is the Product Development Manager of Well & Good, and daughter of the business co-founder, Sam Barak. Well & Good is at the forefront of the gluten-free food industry. They create high quality, gluten and allergen-free flour and baking mixes of cakes, biscuits and bread. They also make allergen-free ready baked breads including, hamburger buns, baguettes and sliced bread.
