“They do an incredible job of making the lessons engaging, accessible, and fun. I love the music and songs - it’s totally captivating for my kids. The only reason I dropped a star was because I wish they did more with the actual lessons, and way less of the characters. The Mr Mouse/ Mrs Elephant parts of each episode are just not as valuable or good as the songs and lessons, and seem like they take way more effort to produce. I’d love it if they put out more lessons, and put out the character stories separately/less frequently. Also the romance storyline between the characters is just 🙄cringe. So unnecessary and detracts from the overall experience. I’m sitting there with my three year old listening to kissy sounds between a mouse and an elephant, wondering why they feel a need to include all this. If they didn’t try to include 15 min of storytelling at the end I’ll bet they could double their output of actual lesson material. Is pretty much the only reason I didn’t subscribe to their patreon.”
