Melissa Broder is the best friend you wish you had in your life. Ok...*I* wish I had her in MY life. I usually don’t listen to stream of consciousness style podcasts but there is something about this one that feels less like you’re listening to a podcast and more like you are in the car talking with her. The brutal honesty with which she talks about everything, from the serious to the silly, is so endearing and meaningful. So Sad Today Twitter led me to the Pisces, that led me here, and now I have to read everything else!! I love the dark sense of humor in all her work...it’s healing to know there are others out there who have also stared into the abyss, and not jumped in.
