“Ok, so i listened to episode 433 and I was shocked at the disdain they have for their customers.
But that was not as shocking as the lack of research they seemed to have done. No mention of Ravelry? They did their market research in a big box craft store?

It seems to me that they don’t really care about this business. They are just using it to market the products that they sell on “how to start your own business””
