“I got up at 4:45am to listen to this report because I was so excited to listen and it didn’t disappoint. I am a recovering classroom teacher that was never taught how to teach children to read. When I left the classroom I was trained in Orton-Gillingham and it was life changing for myself, my students, and my own children. With all my knowledge I try and educate teachers and parents but sometimes it feels like an uphill battle, especially when you live in Teacher College Land.
