What I love about listening to Rachel’s podcast is that she is so knowledgeable about her passion of weightlifting! Rachel teaches in a very grounded, realistic manner how to apply the basic principles to get the results I am chasing after! Hard work, intention, and dedication does pay off! I’ve been on a fitness journey and have so Much gratitude for your podcasts. I would love to hear an episode on gym recovery. I’m sure you’ve spoken about it as part of episodes but would love a focus on that, like with rest, nutrition etc.
