Great practical and doable fitness tips!
I have only listened to a few episodes so far, but already have learnt so much. I love how Rachel breaks down fitness into small doable steps, so it seems more achievable. Also it was so helpful to learn about 'recovery weeks' and the importance of doing that regularly to help our bodies build muscle.
