Emilia Migliaccio Doran is one of the most accomplished amateur golfers of the last decade, playing on Arnold Palmer Cup, Curtis Cup, Junior Ryder Cup and Junior Solheim Cup teams, winning a team national championship at Wake Forest and finishing as the runner-up at the 2021 Augusta National Women's Amateur. But despite all that, she is choosing to retain her amateur status and go into a career covering golf on the broadcast side with Golf Channel and PGA TOUR LIVE. She explains her reasoning, while sharing stories about her star-studded amateur teammates over the past few years.
