If you are looking for simple ways to build community and boost engagement in your classroom, I have one word for you: Kagan. I learned about Kagan engagement strategies pretty early on in my career, and I used them regularly in my lessons. In this week’s episode, I share 5 of my favorite Kagan cooperative learning strategies that engage students, promote teamwork and collaboration, and build peer relationships.
