We are moving!! In this episode, I share all about the rollercoaster of emotions that is closing out a chapter and beginning a new one. A 30 year chapter!! Leaving my hometown seems like a great idea, but I'm learning there are residual fears and anxieties about leaving and beginning a new journey. We talk about different mindset shifts I have made in order to reframe all of this uncertainty as something beautiful rather than scary. Closing chapters is a natural part of the cycles we experience as natural beings, and when we can surrender to the flow, we are granted the opportunity to enjoy the ride.
