Episode 316
I am a Neurotologist and my son is starting his ED training. He sent me this episode with Peter John which I just listened to. I have heard many people lecture on vertigo, including on evaluation in the ED, and this was the best discussion of this topic I have come across. It is rare that I agree with everything I hear people say on this topic, and rare not to find some outright errors and misinformation, but this discussion is exceptional in that and many other respects. It was truly outstanding in its accuracy, practical advice and concision, and I would recommend it for all ED, Neurology and OTO residents and practitioners. Congratulations and thank you for providing such an important service. David J. Eisenman, MD Dept. Of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery Division of Otology, Neurotology & Skull Base Surgery University of Maryland School of Medicine Baltimore, MD, USA

The straight up nuts and bolts of critical care in the emergency department in crystal clear, punchy, fact-driven sessions. Dr Weingart's obvious passion, enthusiasm and knowledge make this a must listen. Good stuff. Thanks for the effort Scott. Keep it up.Read full review »

This podcast is outstanding. I've listened to almost every one now and I find them increasingly entertaining and insightful. I've communicated a dozen times via email with Dr. Weingart and his personal suggestions are just as helpful. Please keep these coming!Read full review »
