“Long time listener and fan. Great podcast for US military imperialism. Highly recommend if you are interested in that area and want to learn more. However, their most recent episode about Ethiopia was a joke. How can two people with no contextual knowledge drop into a country for a few weeks. Then come out as experts who think they can speak on behalf of millions Ethiopians. Why not have an Oromo or Amhara activist on the show. They couldn’t even get into Tigray because of the government blockade. They could of brought on someone from Tigray. America does a lot of horrible things in the world but some things are a bit more complicated than America’s Former Friend = Bad. I expected better from this show. We as leftist must learn to think critically or we will fall prey to this nonsense over and over again.”
