Ep. 158- Permission to Feel: Normalizing All Emotions with Tina Shayani
Listen now
Description
I had the beautiful opportunity to sit down with my friend Tina to talk all about our feelings on feelings! We chat about: All emotions are valid and should be accepted as part of the human experience. Emotions can guide us toward the next right step in life and provide important information about our needs and desires. "Lucky girl syndrome" is a harmful myth that doesn't acknowledge everyone's unique experiences and challenges. Trying new experiences can expand our emotional range and bring more fulfillment to our lives. Fully feeling and processing our emotions can lead to higher levels of emotional well-being. Our thoughts impact our emotions, and it's important to challenge and shift negative thought patterns towards more positive beliefs.
