Aim for a sustainable pace of development. Invest sufficient time to produce quality products. There is power in simplicity. Self-organizing teams are ideal. You can learn valuable lessons from both failure and success. Keeping these principles in mind can help you and your team to become more open-minded to the agile mindset approach.
