In engineering school, we are taught a variety of topics in school.  Then, many of us find that when we start working, there are a many skills that we need to develop that weren't touched upon in any of our curriculum.  I found that I had a good background in the technical knowledge, but lacked many of the soft skills.  This held me back from doing great work.  When I dove into personal development, I found many things that helped me at my job.  This podcast touches on a variety of skills and mindsets that will help you tremendously in your capacity to do better work.
