“This topic is very vital in engineering profession as technology managers often have to make decisions involving technical product performance risk management in order to support business bottom lines. I was hoping to get some insight and learn a lot here, but the audio is very poor especially when the students are speaking (which is a lot of the time). The instructor left a lot of the discussion to the students and when he did do some talking, mostly rambled around and did not make any clear points or share any important insights. Very disappointing indeed.”
