Disappointing indeed
This topic is very vital in engineering profession as technology managers often have to make decisions involving technical product performance risk management in order to support business bottom lines. I was hoping to get some insight and learn a lot here, but the audio is very poor especially when the students are speaking (which is a lot of the time). The instructor left a lot of the discussion to the students and when he did do some talking, mostly rambled around and did not make any clear points or share any important insights. Very disappointing indeed.

I was really looking forward to this but could only suffer through 3 episodes. The quality of the audio is terrible when students are talking and the instructors stumble around. Shame, as it's an iumportant topic.

An important topic and some great content, but poor sound quality and lack of supporting material (notes, slides etc.) make these downloads unusable. First couple of lectures appear to be incomplete too. An opportunity missed.
