Spurs were 'extremely surprised' at Arsenal's decision and called for 'clarity and consistency' in the rules regarding to cancelling matches just before kickoff. The Gunners have a host of players missing with Covid, injury, suspension, and AFCON. However, the Premier League says all clubs can apply for postponements "if COVID infections are a factor."
