When people are open enough to share as much as I’ve done in this episode, they’re often described as ‘being real’, some even going as far as describing it as a ‘strength’ to be as open with one’s vulnerable state, especially on a seemingly public forum. I don’t disagree with the latter. This took a lot of guts for me to publish, and you might be able to sense my reluctance throughout the episode, maybe even through a peek at the days between the date of the recording and release. Nonetheless, we’re here and I’m psyched! What I did in this episode was to investigate my thoughts and mind, before reaching a truly beautiful conclusion. If you can, I’d advise you start AND END this episode. (I know for some of us, it’s a really long episode, for some others, it’s just right and yet for some others, it may not even be enough 😅) But really, everyone should get to the END of the episode; all the gold really lies there at the end. I went through quite the rollercoaster of thoughts, feelings, desires and emotions, but it’s safe to say the rather bumpy start left us in a somewhat staggering antithetical to its start. Going through anyone’s mind is quite the trip, and I’m glad you’ve chosen to take a ride down my rather disheveled journey to unraveling lingering feelings of loneliness.
