Succinct, To-the-Point, Actionable
This is one of Mark's best podcasts to date. He lays down the problem, cites background evidence for it anecdotally, to which most small firm architects can relate by experience, then proposes a solution. He lays out his proposal in seven clearly defined steps that any of us can apply. Lastly, he doesn't take too long doing it.
