Stefan Wissenbach is a serial entrepreneur and has built and sold 4 financial services businesses before launching his current company which is a technology business focused on helping entrepreneurs to create more engaged teams.    He has also coached numerous business owners and helped them to define what success means to them and then went on to help them to achieve that success.  During our conversation, Stefan covered the vital importance for every business owner to get clear on their Magic Number and explains exactly what it is.
