However, funded significantly by ExxonMobil and Koch Industries, there is nothing legitimate about the intentionally misleading and deeply harmful information it puts forward. In the 1990s this organization engaged in a similar effort in conjunction with the tobacco industry, promoting faulty science and counter-campaigning against the growing body of scientific evidence of smoking’s deadly effects. This podcast is simply a conduit for unfounded and base information, with a singularly toxic message irrespective of listener background or political affiliation. No one wins in the end with climate change denial.”
