Loved the immunology overview. Focusing on the modifiable features of the innate immune function via crucial lifestyle factors would be so helpful, both for this COVID era and general immune support across all demographics. AND it involves factors that balance the comorbid contributors to excess vulnerability. No vaccine can completely make up for good frontline defenses of diet, sleep, movement and stress management nor have all the positive ripple benefits!
