Today we’ll be talking about unrealistic comparisons and strategies parents can use to help their teens have a positive body image.Our guest on this episode is Brittany Gilchrist.Brittany is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and is a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals.
