Interesting
I would have liked to hear more about collagen and how it is derived. When I looked up types of collagen, I realized that it comes from animals like bovine and chicken. It can also come from fish, but there was no explanation on the podcast about how a vegetarian or vegan might get this into their diet. There seems to be a real lack of easily available information for people who are choosing to avoid animal testing or animal products in beauty products. This is something that has become very important to me in the last couple years and I wish there was more emphasis on cleaner living. I have a wonderful routine with moisturizers and serums now, but it took me almost 2 1/2 years to figure out which products I wanted to use that did not include toxic ingredients or animal testing. There are so many toxins in life and so much unethical animal pain. More coverage needs to be spent on how to avoid those things and benefit from things like collagen.

I enjoyed the first episode and am looking forward to more. Erika is a great interviewer. She listens to the guest and asks thoughtful questions. I loved the last bit of the first episode. Important to remember that we are all “more than enough.”
