Too Self absorbed
Ernest is too narcissistic. His identity (black and queer) is at the forefront of everything. He hates people who disagrees and can’t understand nuance. Ernst has a habit of going after people based on bad tweets, failing to note that people have evolved. Despite his high level job at a big time Philly magazine, he paints himself as a victim and labels people he disagrees with as evil. I hope he is not the future of media.
