THE best health, fitness, and wellness podcast
I dip into - and straight back out of - so much health, fitness, and wellness content. There’s an awful lot of it out there, and yet most of it just doesn’t cut the mustard. This does. It’s non-preachy, totally relatable, evidence based, uncurated, full of pearls of wisdom - and fun! My only complaint is that there are only two episodes a week . . . I have two labradors to walk every day so could do with seven episodes of ESG enlightenment to start eacj day off the right way 😜 🥳
