She is SO GOOD at explaining the scientific evidence on diet, fitness, and human psychology in a comprehensible way, so that people feel armed with knowledge and encouraged to implement her advice. Emma and her team of coaches are positive, enthusiastic, caring, and intelligent, agreeing on the core principles but each with their own awesome personalities and approaches to life (Shona and Andy). It is a joy and an education to listen to these podcasts!

Amazing podcast with really great advice. Emma is so wise and I never tire of listening to her share her wisdom. The q&a episodes are always humouring and light-hearted, yet the topics can be serious and important. Amazing, love it!

Every episode is quality, I learn something every time. Emma is so knowledgeable and it’s amazing that all of this is available for free!! Also great banter when Shona and/or Andy are on, as a Commit to 6 member it really makes me feel like I’m getting to know them :)
