Super creative & informative content
There’s a good mix of Q&A topics with Emma and colleagues coaching people on the Commit to 6 programme as well as Emma doing solo sessions in specific topics. The range of health/fitness/nutrition/training topics is huge. Emma is brilliant at thinking about all the potential barriers that get in the way of people achieving their health and fitness goals and her breadth of experience and knowledge really shows. A true ambassador of the evidence-based approach. A great listen & highly recommended!
