Love every single podcast
I’ve been listening to Emma’s podcasts for about six months or so, either solo, with the commit to 6 bunch or with Chloe. I have learned more from these podcasts than any book could teach me on nutrition and training, Emma provides such relevant relatable info in an understandable and ‘listenable’ way. Particularly love the ‘puck yes’ theory (use it daily!) and this weeks investing in yourself podcast. Recommend without hesitation!! Thank you Emma!

So clear and accessible and I’ve lost track of the number of “lightbulb moments” I’ve had listening that have really stuck with me. Always stick one on to listen when I am having a wobble with my diet or exercise regime.
