“1) There are much better real and educational health related podcasts out there. Sawbones & This Podcast Will Kill You to name a couple.
2) DoTerra oils are not pure, no matter what the “boss babes” tell you. A teaspoon of actual pure oil is $100 or more. MLM oils are absolutely adulterated.
3) There are much better and more affordable oils out there. Check out Eden’s Garden or Plant Therapy.
4) Essential Oils are not “FDA Approved”. Do not ingest essential oils....ever! Do not mix them in food. Food grade essential oils do not exist, that’s why we have extracts, flavorings, and seasonings. Use those, they’re cheaper and won’t make you sick. The term “food safe essential oil” is not meant for home use. It’s a few large companies that may use one or two drops in a large vat of something. Not one or two drops in a small bowl of Brownie mix. Again, never ingest essential oils at home.
5) Keep the oils away from kids and pets. It’s not safe for them.
In closing, don’t believe the Doterra lies. They just want your money and don’t care about your health and safety. Do your research and go to a true certified aromatherapist for your essential oil education, not someone who paid $99 for a kit.”
