Brooklyn-based esthetician Cyndie Lunsford claims Kimmy wrongfully ran with the name SKKN even though she knew Cyndie's own company had trademarked SKKN+. Kim says she hasn't done anything wrong, but Cyndie has filed a lawsuit and wants to let a jury decide. So does this mean Kim's gonna have to shed that SKKN?
