As a result, there is a gap of information and understanding that leaves us confused, at best, and hopeless, at worst, about our bodies, aging, reproduction, sex, and other biological and emotional issues. This podcast is everything we did not know we needed. Even in the first few episodes I have learned so much. The guests are relevant and interesting. Most of all, the discussions are open, frank, and informative. Discussions of the microbiome and its affect on the entire body, perimenopause and menopause, and the best way for women to achieve their fitness goals have really opened my eyes to ways I can improve my day to day life in a manageable and sustainable way. I love this podcast and highly recommend!”
