Happiness is the blips in Life that are found in nouns.  Do you know that the reason we laugh is that something was unexpected? When we are caught off guard or surprised by something said or done... We laugh.  People fear the unknown because it is not certain what will happen... But the unknown or unexpected are also where laughter, joy, and happiness are too.  Routines, comfort zones, and what "we are used to" are where safety and security stay... But happiness from progress, surprise, change, and the unexpected rarely visit.  Love, a journey, a new experience. There is risk, faith, gamble... Both for pain and happiness.  Never a loss always a lesson, mixed with seeking the blips of life that are found in nouns comes to us when we live. Really live!  Change is guaranteed in everything! What are we looking at in the tiny moments that we have our wins, joyful encounters, and the unexpected? Do we have the awareness that you have found that temporary blip of happiness?
