“I have been listening to Extra Hot Great since its original incarnation. This is a relaunch that focuses solely on television, and it is delightful. Just as they did on the now defunct Television Without Pity, Dave, Tara, Joe, and Sarah bring thoughtful discussion layered with plenty of snark. There are some complaints about the sometimes ramshackle nature of the production, but this truly is one of the show’s charms. They are always well-prepared for the conversation, and the fun they are having is infectious. The joy in this show only builds as one listens to multiple episodes and gets involved in the universe of snarky joy that they have produced. EHG dropping is something I look forward to every week.”
