Spike... Rogue.
Using language familiar to enfranchised magic players to define itself, Dan Scheiver(sp?) introduces each episode of this well produced and paced podcast. With a well defined format and itinerary for each episode each of the hosts brings a comfortable, analytical, and creative approach to building new decks in modern and now pioneer, the two magic constructed competitive formats with dauntingly large card pools and very powerful competition. I really appreciate the attitude of breaking the calcified constraints on what cards can be played and the admission that most ideas you come up with will be bad, but there are lessons to be gleaned from each one. These folks make me feel like I’m listening in on my teenage self and friends designing some of our decks back in the day, and I look forward to every episode they produce.

I can’t believe I found you all. This is the best podcast ever. I love the rotating cast, it really helps me stay interested. They talk about my favorite formats and they brew an unhealthy amount of decks (like me)! Keep it up you all and stay hyped for Capenna!
