“I love you guys and have been listening to the show since before had your own feed.
So I made a trade before I even had any players in my new start up league.
Context: 12 team, .5ppr superflex TE premium. 22 man roster with 6 man taxi squad 5 IR spots.
I am drafting 4th and traded away my first pick for the 10th pick and received a first round rookie pick in next years draft. Did I get enough value for missing out on Jefferson?
The first 3 picks were (as expected) Mahomes, Allen, and Hurts. I ended up getting Fields with the 10th pick.
My buyers remorse comes from the 3rd round reversal, I feel like I may have lost too much value for not enough gain and will struggle to recover in the remainder of the draft. I wanted to get a young QB in the first round and felt like I could get Herbert or Burrow at 4 or make the trade and get something back and still get a QB in the same tier.
