At the age of 16, Layne Beachley announced to the world that she was turning pro and as a professional surfer she was going to win a world championship. She became the world champion in 1998 at the age of just 22, and went on to win six consecutive world titles, claiming her seventh in 2006. Layne is now an author and a speaker, and has created her own online development course - Own Your Truth to help others realise their potential.
