Can’t Miss for Golf Architecture Fans
I discovered Feed The Ball and Derek Duncan after he did the NCAA Tournament style golf course competition this spring. Since then I have consumed myself with the content on the podcast and website. I found that Derek and I share an interest in finding out more about the architects and their thought processes from the late 1940s through the 1980s. His explorations in that era have been illuminating. His conversations with the architects in the original format were fascinating and have been enhanced even more by the inclusion of Jim Urbina in the Salon format. I have likened it to a master’s class where you are in a round table with the brightest golf architecture minds living. I look forward to every episode now and get excited whenever the notification for a new episode pops up. I can’t wait to see where Feed The Ball will go next!

Great podcast that lends insight into a side of the game that does not get enough discussion...the role of architects and course sculptors. Derek ask insightful questions that elicit serious answers from his guests. Derek’s knowledge of history of golf is impressive.
