Honest & fun takes on tough topics
Ok, maybe I wasn’t as deep into the Christian cult pool as Tracey & Sharon, but I sure felt the same impulses, felt the same guilt, and thankfully also escaped. It’s so nice to revisit that time with these two who are, I suspect, displaying much more grace and compassion with their criticism these days than they would’ve in their culty days. And the laughs and the cringes are so much fun!

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that I had to deconstruct Keith Green seeing as he was such an important figure in my Christianity. These ladies were close to him and knew the real Keith, not just the saintly version we were all peddled through his music and Melody’s biography of him.
