Everyone should have to listen to season 3
As someone who has worked with trafficking victims in Florida, I’m constantly blown away by the misconceptions and conspiracy theories surrounding trafficking, especially with minors. Kids who are trafficked are not stolen off the street and kidnapped, they are coerced and groomed by predators. Parents spend more time worrying about their kids being stolen from a public bathroom than they do worrying about who they are talking to online or spending time with. I recommend season three to everyone who needs more information about the complicated reality of sex trafficking. It is a tough listen, but it is an accurate depiction of how victims are targeted and exploited.

But please please release them all at once. There is no way I’m checking back weekly for any story. I’ll come back in a few months when they are all available. I really did enjoy the first one though. I was really sad to find they weren’t all available.

In a sea of poorly produced crime podcasts this is really refreshing. Great storytelling, the music is not sappy nor trying hard to be creepy & I really enjoy the host’s voice. I welcome it in to my crime library with open arms.
