In the 6th and final podcast this year, I will talk to Jen Hawkins (35), Director of Industry Digital Transformation at VIATechnik, Phoenix (Arizona). An ambitious woman, who I have always followed, ever since she did an internship at my company in 2007. She started her career in construction through the lens of the general contractor. Always at the epicenter of digital transformation, working on world-class projects like the Apple and Google Campus. Looking back, she has always questioned herself ‘What does it mean to have it all?’ in every phase of her life. At the moment she is further sharpening her expertise in industrialized construction and loves to be at the forefront of digital practice while also being a Mom.
